My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Marketing Producer to join their innovative and ambitious team to work on a homegrown Mobile IP. As a Creative Marketing Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing exceptional marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience of gamers. You will collaborate closely with the creative and development teams to craft captivating narratives and engaging content that highlights our game titles and elevates our brand presence in the highly competitive gaming industry. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about gaming and understands the unique cultural nuances that influence our audience. The salary on offer is Tax free + numerous financial benefits included in the package. This can provide relocation/visa assistance to the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for upcoming game releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing content, including videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Manage the production schedule and coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Analyse market trends and player feedback to inform marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and community partners to amplify our marketing reach.
- Organize and lead marketing events, including online streams, conventions, and promotional tours to showcase our games.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or production within the computer games industry or a similar creative field.
- Strong understanding of the gaming landscape and current market trends.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box in developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing practices, including social media, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of software and tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
