- Maintenance and control of budgets and working estimates through the lifetime of construction and civil engineering projects.

Qualifications
- HND/Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related subject.
- Competent in the use of MS-Office products.
- An understanding of cost estimating software, ideally iTWO (training will be available).
- Experience in a suitable role in construction or engineering.
- Interested in commercial processes.
- Independent, analytical and result-orientated way of thinking and acting.
- Committed to professional delivery with accuracy and detail.
- High level of commitment and initiative.
