The role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of 24-hour service across the scheme, promoting safety, security, reassurance, excellent customer service and comprehensive maintenance of all areas across the scheme. You will also work to enrich the lives of service users by leading, monitoring and co-ordinating the activities of the service in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to service users in accordance with their individual support plans, the organisations policies and procedures, regulatory and legal requirements. At High Mount and Barn Farm we support a total of 27 individuals, with all aspects of daily living including personal care, preparing meals, financial and domestic support and administering medication. You will report to the Regional Manager and will be expected to work in a flexible way and across other service settings as required. In this role you will lead, manage, and support a team of employees and develop positive partnerships with all key stakeholders, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
