We are seeking a part time (20 hours week) suitably qualified, dynamic and highly motivated individual to work and assist with the safe running of sporting activities at a number of different locations across Bangor University.
Responsibilities will include daily checks of facility and equipment, set up and take down of equipment, dealing with inquiries, dealing with minor accidents and ensuring the safe running of the sports facilities.
Candidates should be educated to GCSE or NVQ 1 level (or equivalent) and have previous experience of working in a sports and / or leisure environment in a public facing role. Experience of working in an Further or Higher Education sport environment would be an advantage as would an understanding of the rules and equipment of a range of team sports.
The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.
