Role Details

  • A competitive basic salary of circa £26,000 with a bonus scheme

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key retail decision makers (department and store managers)
  • Identify and implement in‑store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure Nestlé’s promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location with good availability

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment (or motivation and transferable skills from other sectors)
  • Relationship building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory
