  • Establish, build, and maintain collaborative relationships with key suppliers.

  • Provide material and goods projections to ensure timely availability.
  • Drive and support category management, maximizing group frameworks.
  • Promote and support the use of internal businesses in tender opportunities.
  • Lead subcontract procurement across the business.
  • Support Work Winning teams with procurement strategies.
  • Manage the procurement team group-wide, including recruitment and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural, regulatory, quality, environmental, and CSR policies.
  • Collaborate with operational management and supply chain to innovate and source materials and methods.
  • Lead and influence senior management on procurement benefits.
  • Lead upskilling and training within the procurement team.
  • Lead client-facing activities across regional projects.
  • Resolve discrepancies, grievances, claims, conflicts, and quality issues with suppliers.
  • Manage corporate initiatives with the supply chain.
  • Maintain supplier evaluation forms and risk assessments.
