LSH Auto is on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our esteemed Mercedes Benz dealership in Tamworth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our luxury vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Welcome Bonus: £2000
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 with potential OTE earnings around £46,000
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles, adhering to industry standards
- Diagnose vehicle faults and execute repairs efficiently and effectively
- Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables, maintaining accurate records
- Ensure your workspace is clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle\’s condition and service needs
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially in EV and hybrid vehicles
