Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:

Salary up to £35,000 per annum

Permanent role

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop that is now looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in the Maidenhead area.

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:

  1. Meet and greet customers, manage bookings, courtesy car diary control, and provide customer updates.
  2. Liaise with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  1. Must have worked or currently be working in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  3. Experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
