Our success is driving the expansion of our UK team, and we are seeking to recruit experienced senior business case managers at Associate Director, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant levels in the field of HMT Green Book business case development, specifically those with experience in defence and security sector projects and/or programmes using different funding and financing sources, and delivery models.

Job Description
- Work with defence sector businesses we are currently working with, including: Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S), Submarine Development Agency, Atomic Weapons Establishment, and Rolls Royce.
- Opportunities to move between sectors, building experience across major programmes and projects.
- Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimizing procurement and funding strategies for greener and sustainable solutions to meet Net Zero targets.
- Experience influencing major project/programme setup, development, and delivery at different lifecycle stages, with emphasis on:
- business case development
- major infrastructure development using public funding and/or private capital
Additional experience in renewable/clean energy, decarbonization, transport, water services, government services, PPP/PFI (notably PFI Handback), and effective management in multi-stakeholder environments is preferred. Demonstrable influencing capability within commercial/procurement environments, with a knack for leveraging opportunities and growing client relationships as a trusted advisor, is also valued. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, teamwork, gravitas, and proposal development experience are essential. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain security clearance (SC), being British Nationals with a UK Passport.
