We are looking for a Sr. Benefits Specialist I to join their team in Stockley Park on a temporary basis. About You: The ideal candidate will be proactive and solutions-oriented, always willing to go the extra mile. To be successful in this role, it is essential to have previous experience working in Benefits, Absences, and Leaves policies management, ideally in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. You'll handle policy management, vendor relationships, legal and process changes, and provide support to the HR Shared Services team on all policy-related issues and inquiries. You will act as a subject matter expert on international benefits issues and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on managing employment risk.
