Interim CFO (Manufacturing)

We have been mandated to support a manufacturing business during a period of transition and growth mid-cycle during their Private Equity investment period. 3 years into the hold, the PE investors are looking to identify and improve FP&A reporting, build a KPI suite and revamp financial processes and controls.

The firm will be looking for a hands-on CFO who can partner with the Exec team, and provide clarity over the numbers to inform strategic decision making.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team
• Review financial operations across people, process an systems
• Improve financial processes and controls
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and stakeholders
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and supply chain finance
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Available to start immediately or on short notice
