This role sits in a global team tasked with expanding our gift card catalogue globally, by driving value-based relationships with gift card brands, internal stakeholders and our clients for B2B Incentives and Reward programmes . The team is responsible for partnering with our closed loop brands and aggregators/suppliers around the world to successfully identify content opportunities to enhance our BHN catalogue that aligns with our client needs and overall sales objectives .
The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for enabling the Content strategy for EMEA . Acting as the local Subject Matter Expert and single point of co-ordination. A conduit between stakeholders and contribut ors in the GTM organization and across multiple functions to connect the B2B growth strategy to specific client, programme and product requirements .
The role requires gravitas and credibility, excellent collaboration and negotiat ion skills, combined with the project management discipline to ‘get things done ’. The role will have a direct impact on revenue, brand awareness and BHN’s success in EMEA and globally, and as such will be expected to participate in the EMEA Incentives leadership team.
The nature of this role is that the successful candidate will be required to engage and partner cross-functionally t o deliver on objectives and achieve key results . Key functions include:
- GTM ; Enterprise, Partner and Transactional c hannel leads
- Retailer/Content; G lobal and local Business Development and Account management
- Operations ; Implementation & On-boarding, Supply-Chain and Fulfillment
- Incentives P&T ; responsible for platforms and products
- Understanding market / client / programme opportunities by country and gift card category
- Manage a c onsolidated view of requirements and priorities
- Document and measure progress to the strategic direction and objectives for B2B content, with short / medium term milestones, including;
- Brands connected direct to BHN
- Brands sourced through aggregators
- Triaging with global team & cross-functionally on content availab ility ( in what platforms at what rates )
- Agree priorities with Content Partner Managers and support as appropriate , including direct brand engagement for planning and reviews
- Active participant in aggregator relationships, inputting into best practice supplier management; clarity of requirements and deliverables, contractual, commercials, quality of service and escalations
- Champion BHN’s B2B programmes and products to brands, e ngaging with retailers for ‘ buy in ’ / support / promo s or specific initiatives to drive sales
- Commercial visibility & insight of content and programme performance
- Trouble shooting , problem solving and escalations
- Tracking & reporting for internal & external requirements
- Insight and feedback to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned and relevant to specified and implied responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 8+ years of account management and/or business development experience, at least 2 of which are in the B2B gift card sector
- Prior experience of owning and growing business relationships (in a retailer or other sectors)

- Skilled in verbal and written communication, including the ability to lead meetings, craft and deliver presentations as well as performance data.
- Ability to form relationships with internal and external business stakeholders and contributors, and influence to drive success

- Ability to manage multiple priorities both internally and externally in a transparent and effective way

- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines working collaboratively with geographically distributed teams
- Comfortable with operational, process and technical detail
