Main duties of the job
Are you ready to make a real difference in patients\’ lives? We\’re seeking compassionate and dedicated nurses to join our dynamic team, delivering care right in the heart of the community–directly in patients\’ homes and residential facilities.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Nursing degree or equivalent
- Substantial years of post-qualification experience
- V300 prescribing non-medical prescriber
- Community experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrate evidence based clinical knowledge
- Proactive problem solving
- Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
- Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
