RWE/HEOR Consultant – France (Hybrid)

Contract: 6–12 months (potential for permanent hire)

Start date: September 2025

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced RWE/HEOR Consultant to support their Evidence and Access team during a maternity leave cover, with a strong likelihood of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers to the relevant French health authority
– Utilise French healthcare databases (including SNDS) to generate impactful real-world evidence
– Collaborate with biometrics and medical affairs teams to ensure robust analysis and interpretation of clinical data
– Review statistical analysis outputs to determine their relevance for submission packages
– Author 2–3 study reports, dossiers, and scientific publications/abstracts
– Coordinate the deployment of communications to affiliates across France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal
– Deliver presentations to the scientific committee, with a key milestone in late September
– Engage with a network of scientific experts across Europe to support reporting and dissemination

Requirements:
– Proven experience with French health databases, particularly SNDS
– Solid knowledge of French health authority reimbursement processes and dossier requirements
– Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
– Strong writing skills in regulatory, scientific, and health economic reporting
– Autonomous, expert-level consultant with minimal supervision required

Desirable:
– Experience engaging with scientific stakeholders across France and neighbouring countries

Details:
– Based in France with hybrid working, expected onsite 2 days per week
