We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the company and its clients, managing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that all solutions are strategically aligned with clients’ performance, sustainability, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a select number of key accounts, ensuring personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Gain a deep understanding of clients\’ objectives for their contracts and buildings, ensuring that services align with their goals.
* Manage client portfolios by organizing and leading risk assessments and meetings to address any concerns and opportunities
* Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and integration with other smart technologies.
* Monday to Friday – Hybrid Working
Background Required:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell.
* A strong understanding of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
* Experience interpreting technical specifications and producing accurate system designs or proposals.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. HND/HNC, degree in engineering, BMS-specific certifications) are advantageous
