We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Guide to join our homeschooling environment, working from 12:00 to 16:00, three days per week.
The ideal candidate will be AMI certified and have experience in guiding young learners in a Montessori setting.
As a Montessori Guide, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, following the Montessori philosophy, and supporting each child\’s individual developmental needs.
You will:
- Facilitate the growth of the child’s independence, creativity, and self-motivation while fostering a love for learning.
- Prepare and maintain a Montessori-aligned learning space.
- Observe and assess children’s development, adjusting the approach as needed.
- Guide and support children in their learning journeys, respecting their pace and needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
We are looking for someone who is patient, observant, and committed to fostering an environment where children can flourish.
