Scope
As a Key Account Manager, you prospect, monitor and develop a portfolio of key accounts generating or capable of generating significant and strategic revenue for the company. You are responsible for the turnover, margin and mix of products and solutions sold to a small number of strategic clients identified in the Retail & Strategic Verticals segment. Passionate about innovation and transformation in the world of payment, you anticipate and support your customers and partners in new uses by having a consultative sales-oriented approach.
Reporting to the Cluster Business Leader and assisted by the teams in charge of solutions, you will develop sales in your portfolio. This development concerns the marketing of our range of terminals, software and associated services to the identified key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage your accounts with a consultative sales approach.
- Develop the sale of complex solutions to your customers and partners.
- Respond to calls for tenders.
- Ensure the achievement of turnover and margin objectives on the different solutions, quarter after quarter
- Endowed with a high level of energy and dynamism, lead internal teams to achieve a high level of performance
- Develop long-term partnership links
- Build a long-term relationship with your customers and demonstrate care for their high levels of satisfaction
- Assisted by the pre-sales technical team and in liaison with the global team, identify future needs, position offers and produce commercial proposals
- Manage the sale with the customer until its contractual conclusion
- Develop account plans and support the extended sales and project team internally
- Share and report all relevant market information and suggest ideas and actions
Profile
Graduate of a Master\’s degree from the University or Business School, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function or in a profession related to payment or the sale of services and solutions. You have a solid track record: commercial performance vs. objectives and budgets, c-level contacts, sale of complex payment solutions.
