- Help to develop cost andresource loaded construction programmes.
- Ensuring the Constructionprogramme meets all required access dates, milestones and key dates incompliance with the Employer’s Planning requirements, contract data and worksinformation.
- Contribute to assessment of programme risks and programme risk analysis,including development and implementation of mitigation measures.
- Interfacing with otherfunctional teams including, but not limited to: BIM Team, design team,estimation and construction execution.
- Progress monitoring andregular updating of the construction programme, including forecasting ofpotential problem areas and proposing mitigation measures to the ProjectManager
- Cooperation with the ProjectControls Manager, Reporting Manager and Change Management in all relatedconstruction programme matters.
- Coordinates the review of estimateddesign costs including equipment, installation, labour, materials,preparations, and other related costs.
