The City Recruiter is hiring on behalf of an ambitious, fast-growth business incubator that backs bold ventures from startup to scale. This is a rare opportunity to lead brand and marketing across a high-velocity portfolio of businesses—from cutting-edge AI tools to consumer products, fashion, wellness, and SaaS.
We\’re looking for a Head of Brand & Marketing to drive the full brand strategy, lead creative execution, and make sure every brand in the group cuts through the noise and converts attention into results.
Build and scale category-defining brands. Simple on paper—but it’ll take creativity, precision, and serious leadership chops. You’ll lead brand and marketing strategy across multiple businesses at different stages of growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Brand Leadership
- Define and evolve brand identities (voice, visuals, values) across the portfolio
- Create brand guidelines that inspire consistency and creativity
- Lead brand positioning, naming, messaging, and rollout strategies
- Champion brand growth initiatives across all ventures
- Develop integrated marketing plans (paid, organic, PR, partnerships, events)
- Identify growth levers for early-stage, scaling, and mature businesses
- Create go-to-market strategies and playbooks for demand generation
3. Creative Direction
- Launch bold campaigns that drive attention, engagement, and ROI
- Oversee creative output across brand assets, content, UX, packaging, and more
- Collaborate with in-house creatives, freelancers, and agencies
4. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Hire, grow, and manage a creative and marketing team
- Work closely with founders, product teams, and investors
- Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior leadership

Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years leading brand or marketing in an agency, brand studio, incubator, or high-growth business
- A strong track record of building, launching, and scaling brands
- Experience managing creative and content teams
- Deep understanding of modern marketing: content, paid, PR, influencers, and events
- Ability to manage multiple brands with unique tones, audiences, and goals
- Confident working closely with founders, execs, and investors
