Architectural Designer Permanent Full-Time Salary – Circa £42,500 DOE Location – Hybrid, London based We\’re excited to be supporting a dynamic and design-led architecture studio specialising in private residential projects. The team blends creativity with technical expertise to deliver bespoke, high-quality homes tailored to client needs. With a collaborative approach and a growing UK presence, they manage projects across all RIBA stages, often coordinating with international teams. Their focus is on innovation, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth within the residential sector. Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced, ambitious Architectural Designer who is proficient in either Revit or ArchiCAD to join their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential experience, a solid understanding of UK planning regulations, and a proactive mindset to support the studio\’s expansion plans. Responsibilities, but are not limited to Leading and supporting residential projects from concept through to completion Preparing and developing drawings, models, images, and other documents using Revit and/or ArchiCAD Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process Ensuring compliance with UK planning laws and permitted development regulations Coordinating with overseas junior architects and consultants to ensure quality and consistency Attending and contributing to internal design reviews and client meetings Assisting in preparing planning applications and building regulation submissions Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively Contributing to strategic design discussions and problem-solvingExperiences required ARB or RIBA registered Architect (Part 3 qualified) Minimum 3 years\’ experience in UK private residential architecture Strong knowledge of UK planning laws and permitted development Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD Experience across all RIBA stages is beneficial Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic teamPackage 37.5 Hours P/W | Monday to Friday | 9am to 5:30pm | 28 Days Holiday Inc.
