Reed Property and Construction are working with a Local Authority with a large multi-million-pound regeneration project. The Project is a large multi-use building in the Town centre. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality project management services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful construction-related projects a contract position that should last for 6- 9 months Key Responsibilities Identify all stakeholders and clarify their roles and relationships within each project. Liaise with clients, end users, and designers to develop project briefs and objectives. Advise on procurement strategies and assist in selecting consultants and contractors. Prepare and manage project programmes, ensuring client approval and ongoing compliance. Assemble cost estimates and spending profiles, monitor budgets, and ensure financial control. Coordinate project teams, chair design meetings, and report regularly on progress and costs. Support funding applications and financial bids. Prepare quotations and fee estimates for services. Promote the work of the team, maintaining strong client relationships and identifying future opportunities. Assist in managing the construction phase, acting as the first point of contact for end users and ensuring a customer-focused approach. Essential Experience & Skills: Significant experience in a construction-related discipline ideally with Project Management experience on a large Project. Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion. Strong project planning and progress reporting skills. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Experience managing teams across multiple workstreams or locations. Skilled in presenting reports and communicating with diverse stakeholders. Budget management experience, including monitoring and control of large budgets. Understanding of value for money and best practice principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (e.g., Word, Excel, databases, presentation tools)
