Zest4Talent is excited to be recruiting for a Conference, Exhibition and Delegate Coordinator for an established company specialising in events and memberships for the medical industry. A competitive salary of c£29k is on offer with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday and free onsite parking. Some flexibility for WFH is supported but office presence is preferred. The company organise over 30 specialist events including conferences and exhibitions which are attended by over 9000 healthcare professionals. Your role as Conference, Exhibition and Delegate Coordinator will be all encompassing and will include * Handling phone calls and emails from members and event attendees * Ensuring event members have all training and qualifications to be eligible for membership * Liaising with members, answering any delegate queries and event arrangements * Co-ordinating transport and accommodation for delegates and event staff * Sending out event information as well as producing and printing delegate badges * Liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth running of the event * Producing reports and updating filing systems as well as general office administration The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. Previous experience working in events is desired but not essential as full training will be given. You must possess strong administration skills with a methodical approach. The ability to multitask is essential so previous experience in fast paced environment would be beneficial.
