Part-Time Group Quality Manager – Hampshire & BerkshireAre you an experienced Group Quality Manager seeking a reduced-hours role without stepping back from influence and impact? Here’s a unique opportunity to lead the quality agenda across two dynamic SME businesses, part of a respected group, with locations in Hampshire and Berkshire. What You’ll Be DoingAs Group Quality Manager, you will: Manage and maintain internal audit schedules. Investigate and close out non-conformities. Prepare for external audits and act as the key quality contact. Maintain supplier records and compliance documentation. Champion best practices across both sites. Systems in place: ISO 9001 certified, with some processes aligned to AS9100 standards. What We’re Looking For Experienced Quality Management or Senior Quality Engineering professional — ideally seeking a reduced-hours role. Background in manufacturing or engineering environments. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, internal auditing, and supplier management. Comfortable working autonomously and flexibly between two locations.
