SEND and Inclusion Lead – The Role: The main purpose of this role is to work collaboratively and strategically with the Director of Education in the development and implementation of a specific SEND and Inclusion strategy reflective of the skills of the post holder and the needs of the Trust. The postholder will ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment in SEND and inclusion in order to champion inclusive practices that raise attainment, achievement, and attendance for all pupils with SEND.
