Description You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty Using customer insights to influence business decisions and strategies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centricity across the business Managing customer segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns Overseeing the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns Tracking and reporting on CRM campaign performance Ensuring data compliance in all CRM activities Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the CRM teamProfile The successful candidate should have: Proven experience in Customer Insights and CRM Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing tools Excellent communication and leadership skills A customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer experienceJob Offer A salary of up to £57,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
