Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer Rate of pay: £13.05 per hour (£27,144). Benefits: Free breakfast, free parking, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), uniform provided, company discounts. Hours: Days only (5 days from 7 on a rota basis, 9 hour shifts between 6:30am – 6pm, including some weekends). 40 hours per week. Guaranteed hours contract. Location: Coventry CV6 with cover at nearby sites when neccessary (Solihull etc) This Loss Prevention Officer position offers a guaranteed 40 hours contract plus great benefits, including free breakfast, free parking and ongoing training and development. Applicants should have great customer service and conflict resolution skills. Your duties will include: * Providing a customer focused security presence * Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors * Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents * Monitoring CCTV systems * Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner * Security patrols of the store * Work closely with store associates and the Store Manager * Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft. * Monitoring security systems * Key holding * Report all security incidents in the store You should be: * Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including some weekends.
