The role:
As a Terminal Coordinator, you will handle incoming and outgoing customer service requests, including depot-related queries, shunt planning and delivery, Reefer-related inquiries, and bonded storage requests. You will also participate in various projects, promoting our culture and prioritizing health and safety.

Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, including communications with shipping lines and claims.
- Administer yard and shunting services documentation.
- Prepare reports on stock and repairs for customers.
- Plan and issue shunts to ensure timely container movements.
- Process bonded requests.
- Manage internal tug access via Gate Management System / VBS, ensuring shunt completion as per plan.
- Liaise with senior managers for VBS slot planning and instructions.
- Book VBS for Pentalver and port movements, ensuring no missed bookings.
- Address Reefer-related queries, coordinating with Terminal MSO for settings and Genset releases.
