Position: SIA Door Supervisor – Nottingham
Hourly Rate: £14.68 to £16.30 (including holiday pay)
Schedule: Weekend evening shifts

We are seeking new Door Supervisors who embody these values to join our team in Nottingham, ensuring safety at venues such as Albert\’s Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan, and BOX, where our trained security personnel blend seamlessly into the customer experience while maintaining safety and security.
Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Assessing guest suitability and monitoring behaviour according to policies and legal requirements.
- Ensuring the venue operates within safe capacity limits and managing crowd dispersal.
- Patrolling the venue and conducting physical searches of guests when necessary.
- Managing guest entry and exit, including refusing entry or requesting guests to leave based on behaviour or house rules, which may require physical intervention.
- Protecting assets.
- Reporting and recording incidents, searches, and patrols.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- Experience as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs).
- Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.
