NMC Registration (Adult or Childrens Nurse)

Experience in neonatal care (further training will be provided)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Competent in giving IV medications

Competent, or willing to gain competence, to take peripheral blood samples

Experience of supervising non-registered staff

Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centred care

Excel in prioritising and delegating workload

Able to manage a caseload of patients
