About the Role: This role offers a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and lead sales in Menswear within Next Sourcing. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and market trends, collaborating with Product Teams to innovate, and confidently selling products to Menswear customers. You will also drive new opportunities from concept to sourcing, develop seasonal strategies, build stakeholder relationships, manage critical paths, assist negotiations, troubleshoot, and travel for customer visits and territory exploration. This position involves travel and is ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
About Next Sourcing: A fully owned subsidiary of Next with 9 global sourcing hubs from Hong Kong to Porto, UK-based in sourcing and product development. Our teams are located worldwide, specializing in design, technology, and product development, with a growing Menswear team rich in industry experience.
About You: We seek a highly organized, proactive individual with an interest in product, preferably with Buying or Merchandising experience. Strong negotiation skills, task prioritization, adaptability, and a willingness to travel are essential. Creativity and eagerness to learn are valued traits.
