Responsibilities
Make an impact
Engineering Team Leader, ASDA, Lutterworth . Working rotating 12-hour days and nights. Salary is dependent on experience, plus excellent company benefits including private health care and a company contributory pension scheme.
- Manage and lead a team of multidiscipline engineers, delivering all aspects of the engineering service within KPI guidelines.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Resident Engineers team through effective planning and organisation.
- Represent Swisslog professionally at all times as Engineering Team Leader.
- Ensure all work meets the standards outlined in the Service Level Agreement for the customer.
- Conduct performance management reviews.
- Coach and mentor team members, serving as a positive role model.
- Understand team strengths and weaknesses to optimise performance.
- Lead under high pressure and in difficult situations with analytical skills.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer safety regulations.
- Prepare and participate in method statements, risk assessments, and client documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement on site with your team and ensure health and safety legislation compliance.
