Site Operative
Join EGGER UK as a Site Operative in the Timberpak division based in Leeds. This full‑time role (Job Code: 6358) offers a 47.5‑hour work week and competitive benefits.
Your Tasks
- Operate as part of a team to maintain a clean, tidy and organised site.
- Complete comprehensive training to run all machines used on the Timberpak site.
- Attend additional training courses as required.
- Complete shift reports detailing any relevant information for each shift.
- Operate the basic functions of the weighbridge software to accurately record inbound and outbound material.
- Ensure machinery is maintained as required at all times and liaise with the site supervisor about equipment condition.
- Observe and comply with health and safety procedures, ensuring all safety equipment and PPE are in good order and used at all times.
- Report any incidents, accidents or hazards and ensure operations are conducted safely.
- Comply with company quality systems as detailed in the quality manual.
Our Requirements
- Recognised certificate holder for mobile plant (360 Materials Handler & Loading Shovel).
- Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work 47.5 hour weeks.
