Role

We are looking for a Class Teacher to work with our Reception children. We are seeking someone who has experience of:

  • Teaching in the Early Years Phase
  • Committed to high standards
  • Able to plan and deliver an inclusive curriculum, ensuring continuity and progression, enabling all pupils to achieve good outcomes
  • Strong practical experience of managing behaviour positively and effectively
  • Experience of teaching children with a wide range of needs

The post is available from October 2025 or January 2026 and is on a fixed term contract until 31 August 2026.

Red Hall Primary School welcomes visits. Tours of the school are encouraged and can be arranged by contacting Mrs Tyler, the Business Manager, at 01384 283697.

Walk Arounds will be on Monday 8 September at 4.00pm and Thursday 11 September at 4.00pm. Closing date for applications is 18 September 2025. Short-listed candidates will be contacted soon after. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 24 September 2025.
