Overview
As the Breakfast Supervisor you will take a lead role on the restaurant floor, ensuring breakfast is served efficiently, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the team is delivering excellent service to all our guests. You will work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge, as well as maintaining health and safety standards and completing shift duties such as opening checks.
In return this role offers £26,489 per year and excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, a complimentary 2 night stay with us every year plus additional stays for £50 per room, time off over the Christmas period and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays. This role involves working early morning shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have recent restaurant or hospitality experience and ideally some experience of supervising others
- You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome
- You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively
- You are familiar with food safety, COSHH and health & safety procedures, or open to learning through training
