The Mortgage & Protection Broker Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Broker for the brokerage, you\’ll be working with an award winning estate agency branch, and be provided with leads directly from the Estate Agency branch that you work alongside, and through an established network of introducers.
You will support and guide clients throughout their mortgage and protection journey, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
- Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to clients
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
- Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
- Assess clients\’ financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
- Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
- Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
- follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
- Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams
