We are seeking a sharp, creative, and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our client\’s dynamic team at a leading food discovery platform / app.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will scale the platform\’s reach, expand the user base, and drive tangible results for the partners through innovative marketing strategies and clever campaign ideas. You will lead growth and paid marketing efforts, manage the multi-channel paid media campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities.
What you\’ll do…
- Lead Growth & Paid Marketing: Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google, and beyond.
- Build Growth Strategies: Develop actionable growth marketing plans to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Test, Optimise, Repeat: Run A/B tests and report on campaign performance, iterating for improvement.
- Creative Direction: Manage creatives, copywriters, and freelancers to develop impactful campaigns.
- Analyse & Report: Track and interpret campaign performance data and user insights.
- Write Sharp Copy: Craft engaging copy for ads, landing pages, and more.
- Website & SEO Ownership: Manage website content and SEO strategy for traffic improvement.
- Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritise initiatives and share ideas.
Who you are…
- Experiencewith consumer-facing, app-based, or hospitality-related brands.
- Experience ingrowth marketing, including performance, acquisition, paid social, SEO, and CRO.
- Strong track record in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Highly organised with a strategic mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Creative instinct and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in briefing and managing creatives.
