*Get to Know Us*
Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Identity Security (Geo-expansion) to join our team.
Product Marketing at Entrust is a highly cross-functional, strategic function. We’re the glue that brings together Product, Marketing, and Sales, partnering with these teams as experts in both our product and our market. This Product Marketing role is essential to our new identity verification market growth, partnering with our Geo-expansion product teams, local sales partners and marketing to unlock product market fit and revenue in new markets.
What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities):
● Create and continuously refine the positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Entrust’s Identity Security solutions in new and expansion markets and ensure that this is developed through Entrust’s core channels.
â—Ź Leverage market, customer, analyst relations, and competitive insights to plug into product
strategy, building a robust view of addressable / serviceable market, and how we can win this with a product that provides differentiated value to our ideal customer.
â—Ź Develop compelling positioning, storytelling, and messaging that speaks to our ideal customers in local market contexts.
● Coordinate cross-functional product launches and campaigns across Product, Marketing, and Sales to generate awareness and pipeline, and drive adoption of Entrust’s identity solutions, with a strong focus on identity verification.
â—Ź Produce high quality content that speaks to prospects and customers through a variety of channels including website, blogs, emails, webinars, pitch decks, and product videos.
You are :
● A storyteller : You are able to look beyond features and function and convey a differentiated, value-led story to engage our audience. You can look at the 1s and 0s that make up our product, extract the value, and weave a “bigger picture” story out of this.
A confident writer : You have superb written and oral communication skills, with the ability to
lend your skills to producing thought leadership content, blogs, web pages, video scripts, and more. You have a way with words that taps into our customers’ thoughts and emotions.
● Customer-obsessed : You put the customer — both internal and external — at the heart of everything you do, always giving them a seat at the table and championing their cause across the business to build better products, messaging, and sales efforts.
● Cross-functional by nature : You’re the glue between teams. You’re equally comfortable and have a proven track record of partnering with Product to input into the roadmap, working with Sales to understand what they’re seeing and refine GTM, and leading the charge as the owner for cross-functional product launches.
● Curious, with a growth-mindset : You always want to ask “why” and dig beneath the surface. You’re data-minded, want to become the expert on our product and market, and you get a kick out of understanding what makes our customers “tick”.
● Ambitious : You don’t just want to play catch-up to other companies. You have a growth mindset and strive to produce work that other people look to as an example of best-in-class product
marketing.
â—Ź (Preferred) Knowledge of / prior experience in the Financial Services compliance market:
What we’re hoping your CV or Resume will show :
â—Ź 5+ years previous experience in Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, or Growth
â—Ź Proven record of delivering product launches end-to-end, ideally activating new markets.
â—Ź Experience preferred in Financial Services of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
