Door to Door Sales – Guildford (OTE £50k) Join YouFibre as a Door to Door Sales Agent in Guildford. This role offers a competitive base salary of £25,000 per year plus uncapped monthly commission with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000. Business travel is paid, and we provide a £250 monthly car allowance, a £250 phone allowance or company‑issued phone, and a company iPad. This role is ideal for sales representatives, sales executives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers and others with relevant experience. Ensuring your safety during work We recognise that knocking on doors can be intimidating, so we provide a lone‑worker app that updates your line manager with your location while you’re on the clock. If you exceed a pre‑set time limit at a customer’s home, the app notifies the line manager and assistance is sent ASAP. How it works The app will be installed on company iPads provided to you before you go out on the field. The app keeps us updated on your location while you’re on the clock. You’ll have the ability to set a time limit when visiting customers’ homes. (If you exceed this time limit, it will notify your line manager and assistance will be sent ASAP!) What we offer £25 k – £28 k (DOE) per annum base salary. Uncapped and generous commission (OTE £50 k). Matched up to 8 % pension contribution.
