Get Involved Volunteer Watford Community Family Funday 2025

Eternity Community & KEL Ministries, charitable organisations based in Watford, are seeking volunteers for the Watford Community Family Funday 2025.

Role: Short-term, flexible hours, starting from 16 Aug.

Location: George V Playing Field, Tolpits Lane, Watford WD18 6PZ, near Hollywell Community Centre.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up site equipment, gazebos, arenas, and stage area
• Gate control and marshalling vehicles
• Supporting the public and patrolling the gala ground
• Walking with the procession
• Helping with clearance and pack-up after the event

Volunteer commitment:

Volunteers are asked to attend at least 2 online meetings via Zoom or Teams prior to the event to discuss roles and expectations. Once committed, please inform us if your availability changes.
