Job Description
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, to start end September.
We are seeking an exceptionally well-organised EA who is meticulous, proactive, and highly efficient to provide complex administrative support to the CEO and ensure the smooth operation of his day-to-day. You will be responsible for ensuring his time is used optimally, planning ahead and thinking strategically. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and support the CEO across a wide range of tasks.
This role will require you to be able to be in the office (Camden, London) a minimum of 4 days a week. Flexibility is required as you may need to work out of office hours, depending on the needs of the business and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the CEO\’s time; ensuring an efficient schedule that aligns with strategic priorities. Managing his busy and ever-changing workload; ensuring you are the \’gatekeeper\’ of his time.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise reports, presentations, and briefing documents for all meetings; ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all appointments and engagements.
- Continually manage the CEOs inbox – screening all enquiries/requests and handling them appropriately.
- Supporting with Board papers, projects and presentations – including document creation, co-ordination and proofreading.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for weekly Executive team meetings.
- Work closely with the Executive team and EA/PA team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage system applications (expenses, PO raising, invoice management, etc).
- Proactively ensure HR tasks are managed effectively (ongoing management of Workday, team review processes, etc).
- End-to-end co-ordination of travel (UK and International).

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite in a fast-paced consumer environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

- Team player with a flexible and positive can-do attitude.
- Tech savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
