Who We Are
We’re a boutique legal consultancy challenging the outdated playbook of traditional firms. We work lean, move fast, and operate on one principle: purpose over permission.
We advise clients on a diverse range of services on Italian law, citizenship — and we’re looking for someone who’s just as fearless, curious, and committed as we are.
We believe in grit, empathy, and making the law work for people — not the other way around.
If you’ve ever felt you were meant to build something different… this is it.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Italian Speaking Paralegal/Legal Consultant to join our young, ambitious, and values-driven team. You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one and work across Italian citizenship matters.
You’ll manage your own caseload, own the client experience. You’ll help us scale smarter by designing and improving systems that simplify legal processes and empower our clients and team.
If you’re looking for hierarchy, ego, or rigid suits, look elsewhere.
If you’re looking to make a real difference in a company that sees you, trusts you, and lets you grow, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for a diverse caseload of private clients, managing matters end to end.
- Onboard clients, manage CMS data (Clio), and ensure smooth matter progression and closure.
- Design and implement scalable, client-centric systems and processes.
- Simplify and automate legal flows to make the complex simple.
- Actively contribute to business development, marketing, and customer success.
- Support internal operations with general admin, correspondence, and smart, clear communication.
Please note the above list is serves as guide only and is not an exhaustive list. There are other areas of responsibilities that you are expected to cover but may not be listed here.
Why Work With Us
- We don’t just want your time — we want your ideas, your energy, your story.
- You’ll be part of a close-knit, impact-driven team that values you — not just your output.
Who You Are
We care more about mindset than checkboxes. But ideally, you have:
- A Law degree (LLB or higher). Being a qualified Italian lawyer is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in legal support or operations.
- Proven ability to manage cases, clients, and complex workflows independently.
- Experience with Italian law (especially citizenship).
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and people skills.
- Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency.
- Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Clio, Google Suite, Google Sheets, and data systems.
- Passion for innovation and improving how legal services are delivered.
What You Get
- A mission-led, inclusive workplace that challenges the status quo
- Camden office with in-house gym
- Training and development courses
- Autonomy, flexibility, and space to grow into your potential
