Responsibilities
- Using the companyβs computer system to log stock movements and produce orders
- Liaising with colleagues and customers
- Developing skills to improve parts sales performance and dealing with enquiries from both trade and retail customers
Qualifications & Requirements
- No formal qualifications are required but you must be literate and numerate
- Desire to become a first-rate Parts Retailer and have a thirst for knowledge
Training and Qualification
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Retailer Standards qualification. Training is provided with mentoring and monitoring whilst at work, combined with residential training to achieve the qualification.
