Highway Structures Engineer
Fixed Term Contract until 31 st March 2027.
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Highways Structural Engineer to join our Highway and Infrastructure Team to support the delivery of our ambitious capital programme.
We are seeking highly motivated individual to play a key role in developing and delivering the capital programme through activities including overview of routine inspections, analysis of condition data, minor works design, consultant and contractor management and liaison with all stakeholders, including internal and external partners, the public and Council Members.
About The Candidate
You should be self-motivated, well organised and prepared to work in a hybrid manner to meet the needs of the service. They must also display strong technical skills and proven experience of working with Highway Structures including bridges, culverts and retaining walls.
