An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our welcoming front-of-house team at our Hampstead Hospital as a Client Care Assistant.

As a Client Care Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our hospital, playing a vital role in supporting both our clients and clinical teams. This position is highly valued, and ideal for someone who brings warmth, empathy, and a natural desire to go above and beyond.

Uniquely, this role includes dedicated desk-free and phone-free shifts, allowing you time to step away from administration, sit with clients, listen to them, and build trust during what can be emotional or stressful moments. Deep empathy, reassurance, and kindness are essential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through genuine care and attention
  • Delivering a calm, reassuring, and professional experience at every stage of a client’s visit
  • Going above and beyond to support clients and patients, anticipating needs wherever possible
  • Liaising closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless, client-centred service
  • Meeting and greeting clients with warmth, confidence, and an effortless smile
  • Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Completing administrative tasks to support the hospital and clinical team
  • Promoting our Healthcare Plan in a friendly, informative way
  • Taking payments and managing cash, stock, and client accounts accurately
  • Opening and closing the practice as required

About us

Hampstead hospital is based in North London, a short walk from Belsize Park Tube and local amenities. The hospital is well equipped over 4 floors where we have everything you would expect, including full diagnostic facilities, an on-site laboratory, a dedicated Intensive care unit (ICU), separate cat/dog wards, and a full theatre suite. Our 24hr facilities ensure continuity of care for our patients and provide a highly stimulating and rewarding caseload.
