Job Overview

We are seeking a Level 2 trained Swimming Instructor to deliver front line lesson delivery to a variety of leisure stakeholders including Swim Wirral, Aqua Tots and Adult Learn to Swim customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality swimming lesson instruction to children and adults across multiple leisure centres.
  • Work flexible hours up to 17.5 hours per week across active Wirral leisure centres including Europa Pools, West Kirby Concourse and The Oval & Leasowe Leisure Centre.
  • Support lesson planning, set up, and centre safety procedures.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to promote learning and centre services.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 Swimming Instructor training.
  • Valid DBS check required.
  • Flexible hours across all leisure centres including evenings, weekends.
  • Excellent customer service, professional, ambitious and resident focused.
