30 years in creative recruitment, they have clients within the agency and in house creative space, ranging from large corporates to well known agencies. They are a down to earth team, and work in a remote capacity
- The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, youll be the driving force behind building their client base. Youll open doors, start conversations, and nurture leads that turn into long-lasting partnerships. From independent design studios to global brands, youll be selling our recruitment expertise to decision-makers who need standout talent.?? Youll Need To:
- What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and cold calling potential clients in creative, digital, and marketing sectors
- Leveraging social selling (Linked-IN, email campaigns, networking) to build and nurture leads
- Booking and leading client meetingsboth virtually and in-person
- Collaborating with our recruitment team to understand talent pipelines and market trends
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with activity and insights
- Representing our brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Be confident, proactive, and comfortable with outbound outreach
- Have proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (creative industry experience a plus)
- Love the buzz of winning new business and exceeding targets
- Be a strong communicator who can sell with authenticity and insight
- Understand the creative and marketing landscapeor be keen to learn quickly
