About You

We are looking for someone who is personable, a self-starter with the ability to project a positive β€˜can do’ professional attitude at all times, maintaining good working relationships. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines and can establish excellent rapport within the team, business, and with clients, with the ability to work under pressure, handle a varied workload, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction for the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, managing the digital model environment and project deliverables
  • Possess an advanced understanding of how disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced
  • Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures, including server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables
  • Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout project lifecycle
  • Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team
  • Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction document issuance
  • Work autonomously and mentor team members
  • Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of the DDP
  • Manage document management systems and server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects
  • Ensure team has the necessary software, access, and training
  • Generate and maintain model setups to meet project requirements
  • Maintain company standards and model health
  • Host coordination meetings to ensure quality control
  • Communicate and compile project digital deliverables at milestones
  • Archive project data at submittals and closeout
  • Engage in communication and presentations with management, staff, and clients
  • Mentor staff and support project managers
  • Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years in digital design (BIM) and digital delivery (model management)
  • Understanding of building systems and discipline relations
  • Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management
  • Proficiency with 3D coordination tools and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and automation applications
  • Experience with content creation and management
  • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
