Looking for experienced Health and Care Assistants who want to work in education. Are you passionate about hands-on learning and want to help shape the future of Health, Education and Care professionals?
City of Bristol College is looking for a Simulation and Skills Assistant to join our dedicated teaching team. In this vital role, you’ll support the delivery of exceptional practical learning, helping students gain the technical skills, industry insight, compassion and confidence they need to thrive in today’s workplace
As Simulation and Skills Assistant, you will:
Prepare and organise practical learning environments and resources for Health and Care subjects
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and liaise with IT, Facilities, and external suppliers
Support teaching teams during scenario-based learning and skills sessions
Deliver practical workshops for T Level Health and other learners
Help prepare students for industry placements, trips, and employer-led enrichment
Supervise independent learning sessions
Support First Aid and Moving & Handling training
