What will your day-to-day look like?
You’ll be front and centre in driving national sales of transfusion and cell therapy devices across Scotland. This is a varied, relationship-driven role where your clinical understanding and commercial acumen will shine. You can expect a typical day to involve:
- Leading territory sales for the portfolio
- Building relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Delivering hands-on demos and support
- Bringing products to life for customers
- Spotting growth opportunities
- Creating smart strategies to boost market share
- Staying ahead of the curve by tracking trends and competitor activity
- Owning the tender process to maximise profit and deliver real customer value
- Representing the brand at key industry events
This role will suit you if you…
- Have a proven track record in medical device sales
- Understand how to sell into hospitals, labs, and procurement pathways
- Are confident managing long, complex sales cycles
- Know your way around Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
