We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's business centre. This permanent, full-time role is based in the heart of Newcastle City Centre and offers an annual salary of £26,520. Key Details: Contract Type: Permanent Annual Salary: £26,520 Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday – Friday, shifts between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch) Public Transport: Extremely accessible Parking: No parking available due to the locationWhat You'll Do: As the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, you will create a welcoming environment and engage in a variety of tasks, including: Delivering first-class customer service to all guests. Collaborating with internal and external partners to exceed expectations. Providing effective administrative support and guidance for events and building services. Assisting the building manager with tenant liaison, health and safety, and facilities coordination. Managing inquiries through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, and social media. Greeting visitors and notifying tenants of their arrival. Carrying out quality checks of common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. A basic understanding of the Property Management industry. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. An excellent communicator and organiser who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
